These terms apply to the SEO + AI Visibility Audit sold by Prime Systems Lab through www.primesystemslab.com.
The SEO + AI Visibility Audit is a diagnostic and prioritisation service for business websites. It reviews search visibility, crawlability, structured data, AI search readiness and practical improvement opportunities.
Implementation, development work, ad spend, SEO retainers, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed AI citations or guaranteed revenue are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
The audit price is €147 unless a different written offer is agreed. Payment is due upfront through Stripe before work starts.
You are responsible for providing accurate intake information, website access or context where needed, and permission to review public or supplied materials.
You may request cancellation before work has started. Once the audit work has started or been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable because the service is time-based and bespoke. If we cannot deliver the audit, we will either reschedule, provide an equivalent remedy, or refund the payment.
Delivery timelines start after payment and receipt of required intake information. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate client information may extend delivery.
You may use the audit deliverables internally for your business. You may not resell, repackage or present them as your own consulting product without written permission.
Search engines and AI answer engines are third-party systems. We provide analysis and recommendations, but we do not guarantee ranking positions, indexing speed, citations, traffic, leads or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Systems Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the audit.
